Chief Minister, Francisco Sardinha, is writing a weekly column
in the Sunday edition of the Gomantak Times. In the first contribution

High Court has ordered the immediate suspension of fishing licences
of all trawler owners in Goa up to August 15. The move came about
after the trawler owners sought to dodge the traditional ban during
the spawning season.
