Civilian
aircraft will now be allowed to use Goa's Dabolim airport, which
is controlled by the Navy, for 18 hours instead of merely six
hours, in a bid to increase tourist inflow.
Internet
services are improving in Goa but the State needs to ensure that
adequate infrastructure is built to take care of future needs
and give the State its due. This view was expressed by members
of the Goa Internet Users' Club at a meeting at the office of
the Computer Society of India (Goa) in Panjim on May 27.
