Anjuna police arrested a 25-year-old waiter cum masseur, Elias Paul from Kerala for allegedly raping a dumb, deaf and mentally retarded British girl aged 19. He had offered to take her sightseeing after befriending her.

Mobile vans now repair faults in power lines round the clock in the four cities of Goa.
