featured in these columns last August, performed along with Aninha
Lobo (piano) and Michael Gracias (bass guitar) for US President
Bill Clinton, and had daughter Chelsea dancing to his tunes at
the Oberoi Hotel lobby in Bombay last Friday. "I'm going
to remember it for all my life," Clinton said of Joe's jazz.

Efforts
are on to attract investments by Goans in and outside the country
