"Sun, Sand and Soul in Harmony" at the contest organised by the
Tourism Department on slogans portraying Goa as a tourist destination.
The second prize winner says "Goa-where East and West take rest"
and third "Goa-The fun never sets". The Goan NRI cell will act as an interactive body with Goans settled/working abroad, with issues pertaining to investments, services and cultural matters. It will be a fully-fledged facilitation centre and called the Goan NRI Facilitation Centre. 17
