LOOKING FOR
From Tim Sutton: BBC Television in
London is making a programme about the photographer David Bailey. In
Dec. 1974 Bailey took a photo of a lady in Goa and we would like to
find the lady in the photograph. She is also a photographer and the
image is planned for use in David Bailey's upcoming book.
Within a week of the appeal, the lady in the photograph was identified
as Mrs Palmira Coutinho, owner of Hollywood Studio, Panjim by Maite
Dias (Panjim), Frederick Noronha (Saligao), Joel D'Souza (Assagao) and
Devika Sequeira (Deccan Herald)
The photograph was used for the front cover of the book. For details
